Estoy trabajando en nuevos trabajos llamados Les Descansos. Son lugares de descanso, símbolos que marcan la muerte de un acontecimiento o de un lugar. Hacer descansos es mirar la propia existencia y marcar los lugares donde se han producido las pequeñas muertes, las muertas chiquitas, y las grandes muertes, las muertas grandotas. Es una práctica consciente que compadece y honra a los muertos huérfanos de nuestra psique y les permite descansar finalmente en paz. Son lugares funerarios, pero también palabras de amor a nosotros mismos oa pasajes de nuestra vida. Son agentes de transformación y símbolos del ciclo.
Me gustaría hacer pequeñas criaturas y símbolos de cerámica híbridos y fantásticos inspirados en los cementerios. Para esto, me encantaría poder trabajar en el estudio de cerámica Casa / Taller La Borda para poder usar también el horno que está disponible y así separar mi trabajo en el diseñado en metal y las pequeñas esculturas quiméricas de cerámica.

I am working on new works called Les Descansos. They are resting places, symbols that mark the death of an event or a place. Making descansos is to look at one’s own existence and to mark the places where small deaths, las muertas chiquitas, and large deaths, las muertas grandotas, have taken place. It is a conscious practice that pities and honours the orphaned dead of our psyche and allows them to finally rest in peace. They are funerary places, but also words of love to ourselves or to passages in our lives. They are agents of transformation and symbols of the cycle.
I would like to make small hybrid and fantastic ceramic creatures and symbols inspired by cementaries. For this, I would love to be able to work in the Casa / Taller La Borda ceramics studio so that I could use also the oven that is available and thus separate my work into that designed in metal and the small chimerical ceramic sculptures.
